From Championship Titles to Becoming Oakland's Next Great Sports Business
After bringing home Oakland’s first pro baseball championship in three-plus decades, the Oakland Ballers are expanding beyond the diamond. With a 10-year license in place at historic Raimondi Park and owners like Billie Joe Armstrong and Too $hort, we’re turning Oakland’s only pro sports team into a year-round business.
The pedigree, sponsors, and fanbase are already in place. Now, accredited investors can share in our next phase of growth.

America’s 10th-Biggest Sports Market
In just six years, Oakland lost teams from the MLB, NBA, and NFL despite a combined $8.5B valuation at the time of their departures. The demand never left. Millions of fans were still there, waiting for somewhere to invest their passion. Until the Ballers brought championship baseball back to Oakland.

We Built a Championship Team in Two Years
In 2024, the Oakland Ballers became the newest member of the MLB-partnered Pioneer League.
Year One
Finished with the second-best record in the Pioneer Baseball League at 58-38
$1M+ in year-one merchandise sales, top 10% of all Minor League Baseball
Year Two
Game after game, fans showed up, driving total season attendance past the 100,000 mark
Delivered Oakland’s first baseball title since 1989
Achieved the 6th-best win percentage in modern pro baseball history
Sponsorship portfolio expanded to include Google, Gusto, and Columbia Bank
Earned the “Key to the City” of Oakland
Growing the Ballers Beyond Sold-Out Summer Nights
In 2024, we built a 4,100-seat stadium at Raimondi Park, a piece of Oakland's identity since 1890. Now, with a 10-year executed license and official designation as steward of the park, we control this historic venue year-round. That means our revenue opportunities extend far beyond nine innings:
Gameday:
Ticket sales, food and beverage, and merchandise
Sponsorships:
A growing portfolio now including national and global brands
Year-Round Venue Programming:
Corporate events, sponsored movie nights, and community activations

We’re Following a Proven Pro Sports Playbook
In 2020, Angel City FC launched in the NWSL with no history, no fanbase, and no guarantee of success. Within a few years, they had 19,000 fans per match and $11M in sponsorship revenue. Then in 2024, Disney CEO Bob Iger bought a controlling stake at an estimated $250M valuation, the most valuable women's sports team in the world.

Why the Pioneer League is Ripe for Growth
Before the Automatic Ball and Strike system became Major League Baseball’s big new thing in 2026, it debuted in the Pioneer Baseball League (PBL). It’s just one example of how a league that was established in 1939 has become the perfect sandbox for not only our Ballers, but MLB. And as MLB's official innovation partner through 2028, it extends our visibility and credibility well beyond the Bay Area.
